Allen Iverson nodout has the best crossover in the NBA.Jordan and many others admit it,and everybody knows it's true.Defenders are scared of it and are, and are helpless against it.He has schooled almost every Guard in the NBA with the deadly weapon.Iverson started learning it when he was 15 play'n AAU ball.He was watching his teammate shake people with it.Iverson knew with his quickness and speed it would be just the move for him.He couldn't get the crossover at first.He says"It was alot harder than it looked".He finally perfected the move at Georgetown.Iverson added parts to it to make it his own.When Allen first unleased the crossover in the NBA officials were looking at it in slow motion for any palming.Allen has grown into an NBA icon and they have accepted it.

Iverson's most famous crossover was the double Xover on Micheal Jordan.He shaked MJ twice then nailed an 18 footer.Jordan had no chance against it."It was a great crossover move,it wasn't the first time he had done it and it wont be the last.I'm not afraid to be shown up that way" Jordan says.Scottie Pippen tried to help but it was useless.

STEP ONE:As you are dribbling with the ball in your left hand.Take a wide step to the left,accompanied with a good head fake.The ball should now be out of your left hand. The defender should have moved to your left anticipating your drive.

STEP TWO:Now you cross him by quickly bringing the ball to your right.You should be accelerating and leaning in while doing this.The cross should be fast and low to beat the defenders recovery.

STEP THREE:Now you should have enough room on your right to drive.If you don't have enough room to drive than take the easy Jumper.

Iverson's advice to you:Remember you have to practice very hard to make your crossover deadly.And don't waste you crossover on a lazy defender, because there to lazy to fall for the fake.Just blow by them.
